Our lead superintendents serve as the on-site company representative for a project. This position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day progress of the job. This shall include, but is not limited to, coordinating subcontractors to make sure project is built according to schedule, answer questions about the project, review the drawings for any possible discrepancies and ask questions/make suggestions to alleviate potential problems, maintain a clean and safe work environment, provide construction quality control, and communicate with inspectors, owners, subcontractors, project manager and project coordinator, as appropriate, to make sure that we deliver a quality project, on time, while meeting all compliance standards.

Most of our projects are medical, retail, or institutional in the $1MM-$5MM range and are typically located in the Southeast (please note this statement is not to be construed as a job description limitation, but rather a description of our average project and, from time to time, we may deviate from type, price, or geographical location described herein).

Experience: Mechanical Design: 3 years (Required), Pressure Vessel or Piping experience a plus.

Overview: The Mechanical Design Draftsman is responsible for drafting duties on multiple projects and will be capable of all phases of a Drafting Project including: research, support, implementing designs as directed by Engineers, redline updates, and other duties as assigned.

• Act as liaison between Engineering and Shop to foster closer working relationship. -Be the first stop for answering questions to free the Mechanical Design Engineers from repetitive issues.
• Assist in delivering successful Projects with regards to Customer satisfaction, schedule, time, and budget.
• Help resolve Engineering issues as they arise by working closely with the engineering team, vendors, and the shop.
• Attend scheduled Meetings as needed.
• Track time spent on each project.
