Our company has been providing professional general contracting services for 30 years and we're still growing. As such, we are ready to add another experienced commercial superintendent to our team. Our lead superintendents serve as the on-site company representative for a project. This position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day progress of the job. This shall include, but is not limited to, coordinating subcontractors to make sure project is built according to schedule, answer questions about the project, review the drawings for any possible discrepancies and ask questions/make suggestions to alleviate potential problems, maintain a clean and safe work environment, provide construction quality control, and communicate with inspectors, owners, subcontractors, project manager and project coordinator, as appropriate, to make sure that we deliver a quality project, on time, while meeting all compliance standards.


Most of our projects are medical, retail, or institutional in the $1MM-$5MM range and are typically located in the Southeast (please note this statement is not to be construed as a job description limitation, but rather a description of our average project and, from time to time, we may deviate from type, price, or geographical location described herein).


We currently participate in medical, dental, vision, 401k, life insurance, long-term disability, short-term disability, and paid time off programs. In addition, superintendents assigned to projects outside of a reasonable commuting distance shall receive travel expenses and per diem.
